Turbo-V 81 M

The Agilent Turbo-V 81 M turbomolecular/drag pump with MacroTorr stages provides pumping speeds from 46-77 liters/sec (gas dependent), and includes the latest technology in the Navigator line. The pump is optimized for high-compression ratio for low base pressure, high-pressure differential for high-throughput and high foreline pressure. It is designed to be oil-free and contamination free, and to have very low failure rates with the ability to operate in any position without materials stress. Typical MTTF is in excess of 250k hours. Applications for the turbo pumps include high energy physics and research, nanotechnologies, mass spectrometry, industrial vacuum processing, and semiconductors as well as dedicated pumps for Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) work.

Turbo-V 81 T

The Agilent Turbo-V 81-T pump provides pumping speeds from 46-77 liters/sec (gas dependent), and includes the latest technology in the Agilent's Navigator line. The V-81-T is oil-free and contamination free, and is designed for very low failure rates with the ability to operate in any position without materials stress. Typical MTTF is in excess of 250k hours. The V-81-T is a compact, cost-effective high vacuum pump that is ideal for use in analytical instrumentation and with ion pumps in UHV applications.
