INLAND 20V is a high quality, general-purpose hydrocarbon diffusion pump fluid that works
well in any diffusion pump. The fluid is designed to meet the vapor pressure requirements
of a diffusion pump while exhibiting excellent thermal stability. INLAND 20V can also be
used in a mechanical pump.
