Ideally suited to your rough vacuum applications, the Agilent Models 531 and 536 Thermocouple Gauge Tubes measure total pressures in the 1 x 10-3torr to 2 torr absolute range. Meanwhile, the Thermocouple Gauge Simulator provides a way of calibrating and adjusting the zero setting on a thermocouple gauge controller. Set it to simulate either 1 atmosphere or <10-4torr.

- 531 tube has a nickel-plated mild steel body
- 536 tube has a fully welded 304L stainless steel body
- 536 tube has a baffle, extending sensor life in the presence of condensable gases and improving performance at higher pressures
